Welcome to this week’s Wednesday Watch List, where I share the random things that captured my attention and stole my heart over the past week!

1 – I really enjoyed this coastal home tour from Fran Keenan Design. I had a strong suspicion it’s along 30A here in Florida, and after further research, I also found this article with more photos and details (and yes, it’s in Seaside)! The home has such beautiful paint colors and a gorgeous mix of old and new furnishings that make it all feel cozy, welcoming, and well-loved! I also can’t get over that stairwell gallery wall!
2 – There are so many cute new arrivals at J. Crew, and they’re a great mix of transitional pieces for late summer and early fall! The best part is most of their site is currently 40% off for the long holiday weekend! I ordered numbers 1 and 6 below along with a few other items and they should arrive today! 3 – I’m loving these highly-rated scalloped eyelet stone colanders, and I just noticed they’re on sale today! They also offer these cute berry baskets if you prefer more of a square shape.
4 – I’m still in a bit of a shock that it’s already September on Sunday! One thing I quickly learned last year – fresh pumpkins are a really bad idea here unless I only want them on the porch for 1-2 weeks. I was literally gagging when I removed ours last year so won’t be making that mistake again! Here are some faux pumpkins I’m loving that give the popular heirloom pumpkin look!

5 – I found a few more good look for less pieces this past week or so. This burl wood coffee table is such a great alternative to this one from West Elm! And if you’re not in the market for a coffee table but love the look, they also offer this cute end table and serving tray!
